Outdoor living includes large dining table, Weber gas BBQ, patio furniture and poolside loungers. Private and peaceful gated property with lots of parking on site. Large tended garden with olive, orange, lemon, and cherry trees.

Note: This is a family home, only available for rent during the summer months, with a minimum 7 day rental. Well behaved, non shedding pets welcome. Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.

Quiet and exclusive neighbourhood where respect for neighbours is paramount. No parties.

"The hosts were super nice from the beginning, from the booking onwards, and answered all the questions we had beforehand. They also helped us with our arrival/departure/Key handover was prepared with great care and professionalism. Everything is also well described on site, so you immediately know how, what and where to find it. We travel a lot, but we have rarely or never experienced this kind of preparation and the welcome at home (with loving little presents). During our stay we had one or two questions and our lovely hosts were always there to help. Communication via WhatsApp went smoothly. The property/landscaped garden, the pool and the house are truly a dream and the view is simply beautiful. We were there with our little beagle, who enjoyed it as much as we did. Our hosts also had a little something for him:-) We rarely left the house because it simply invites you to relax. The facilities around the pool (loungers, etc.) are of very high quality. It is very quiet, you sleep sensationally and yet you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle and by the sea within just a few minutes. It is a little gem that you can immediately see has been lovingly cared for and looked after! Thanks again to the hosts for the great stay. :-) We'll be back :-)"

What really struck us were the many small details that made the difference. The bath towels were of a luxurious quality and immediately gave a feeling of indulgence. For our dog, there were even cookies ready, a thoughtful gesture that touched us very much. "We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in La Colle Sur Loup. The owners were extremely welcoming, helpful and very comunicative. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped with lot’s of nice touches. The outdoor space is absolutely idyllic offering a very private chic retreat. The pool and the gorgeous garden was our favourite place to be every day. This was very secure for our little dog too. The views over the surrounding hills were just magical. St Paul de Vence is a must and it is only a few minutes drive away and other attractions such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc are close by and easy to visit. We will definitely look no further if returning to the area."

"We had spent 2 weeks fantastic time here for the summer vacation! The host Tyler and Janice are wonderful! They are very welcoming, responsive and helpful! It’s honestly impressive for a new host, they are so professional, everything is clean and handy, the appliances & equipments are fabulous! We almost got everything we needed! The location and the view are just spectacular, it’s quiet, safe and private at the same time very accessible and convenient (to airport, shopping mall, coast etc), there is one of our favorite Michelin restaurant just next door! We are not regular Airbnb clients, we usually go to hotels, but me and my husband both agreed that the place and arrangements are exceptional! I had impression that we are treated as in a 5 stars and we really appreciated all the thoughtful arrangements! We definitely love to come back in the future and truly recommend this lovely place!"

"It was a great stay. We have been renting in the area for many years and this was the best experience yet! The house is fantastic, detached in a gated community and equipped with all amenities. You have the complete privacy of home and it really feels like home. The garden is superb and the view is breathtaking. The location is perfect. The bakery and supermarket are just around the corner and a 10-minute drive will take you to the coast, where you can relax on the beach or have a nice lunch on the boulevard.The communication with the hosts Janice and Tyler was great. They are extremely helpful and are able to arrange almost anything for you remotely. In the end it wasn't necessary, they thought of everything. We couldn't have wished for a better host. We enjoyed it immensely and will probably return next year. Thank you for this fantastic experience!"
